Are my plans hand-drawn?

Our company specialises in individual hand-drawn plans. Each plan is carefully created to fit your requirements.

How much will my plans cost?

Due to each clients unique specification, prices cannot be configured until after the initial consultation. However in order to minimise financial exposure we like to charge 50% on planning submission and 50% on building regulations submission. Thus insuring that if planning approval is not granted, the fee remains only the planning fee.

Do I need planning permission?

Unfortunately because this section is not straight forward, we advise you to consult with us and get in touch.

How long does planning permission take?

The Government allow a statutory 8 weeks, however because of our close links with Local Authority Planning departments. We hope to get you a verbal approval within this time period.

How much does planning permission cost?

The cost of planning permission differs between local authorities. Although we are able to give you a rough estimate on consultation.

How long does building regulations take?

The Government allow a statutory 5 weeks, however because of our close links with Local Authority Building Control departments. We hope to get you a verbal approval within this time period.

How much do Building Regulations cost?

The cost of Building Regulations varies on the size and complexity of the construction. Although we are able to give you a rough estimate on consultation.

What other costs might I incur?

There may be a need to appoint a Structural Engineer, this will be charged at cost. Additionally and only in exceptional circumstances there may be the need to appoint specialist consultants, once again these will be charged at cost.
